"Mrs Issac Wisciver died on Saturday, March 16, and was buried on Sunday. She was a strong woman and did her own work, up to last fall, when sshe went to live with her daughter, Mrs. Geo. Ringer. Sshe was sick only a short time and passed peacefully away. She was the mother of ten children, five boys and girls. Mrs. Geo. Ringer and Mrs. geo. Sampson are the only children, living in this county and both live in Jackson township" ......Vinton Record 28 March 1895.
